That article raise an interesting debate and i totally understand why Africans would not like the project. Yeah it's easy for us to say that it is the solution to make sure we keep an healthy planet, but what about them who end up caught in some huge project that take way their land, forest, raise the price of food?
To be honest i think that it might be a good idea, but rich contry will have to pay for that. Aren't they the ones that put us in trouble with all the C02 emissions anyway? Rich contries will have to put massive money in Africa, make sure people can eat, make sure they are paid enough, that child are NOT working there. Then, i would say everyone could win.
