You think that Mackey's evil because he said "How can we say that all people have more of an intrinsic right to healthcare than they do to food or shelter?" Essentially, that only means that John Mackey believes that food and shelter are equally important when compared with healthcare.
Let me take it one further - ask ANY bum on the street freezing to death or any starving child what they value more: A: Healthcare reform B: Being taken in and given food or shelter from the elements (If you think they'd pick A, you've never had hypothermia or a distended abdomen and vitamin deficiency from malnutrition).
